    Are you 360 Recruitment Consultant, currently running your own successful desk but tired of retaining a smaller percentage of your fees?

    Have you thought about working for yourself before but have reservations about "going it alone".

    If the answer to the above is yes, LDNY People could have the perfect solution for you.

    We are looking to partner with ambitious recruitment consultants with a successful track record of billing, who want to take the next step in their careers and work for themselves without the risk and expense of setting up a new business.

    LDNY can offer you the chance to work as part of a well established brand whilst retaining the majority of your billings, so if you want to substantially increases your earnings, grow your own desk/team and work to your own hours/schedule please read on.

    ·Work as part of the LDNY brand, we invest heavily in this with a strong emphasis on diversity.

    ·You will be provided with everything you need to run your own business, including access to job boards, fully insured contract and permanent invoice financing, full back office support (payroll/Administration), CRM, Ongoing support. All you need are a lap top and a phone.

    ·Work as part of an established growing team who are all working towards the same goals, including increased earnings, flexibility and full autonomy of your working day.

    ·Work fully remotely with regular meet ups and day to day support, this offers the chance to collaborate/network with other like minded individuals whilst working from anywhere you want to.

    ·The chance to grow your own division within the LDNY business, offering unlimited career potential.

    Associate Partner Requirements:

    ·You will have experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant, capable of building your own desk, this is essential.

    ·A motivated self starter, we can give you everything you need but as this position is remote/WFH you must be able to manage your own workload/working day.

    ·Be a brand ambassador for LDNY People. We take pride in what we do and only want to partner with people who have a similar ethos of offering a high quality, trustworthy recruitment service.
