In House Counsel- Commercial – Financial Services sector

Our client is a highly acquisitive Financial Services organisation with offices across the UK.

Having more than quadrupled in size over the last few years the organisation is gearing for the next phase in their evolution.

This newly created position will report to the Head of Legal within a high functioning and established team

We are looking for an experienced in-house counsel with a commercial background and experience gained in an FS setting.

The role will have a breadth of commercial and corporate responsibility.

UK Qualified Solictor.

We are flexible on pqe.

Experience with FCA/Regulatory/Commercial a strong advantage.

Team player with a proactive and can do attitude.

Private Practice or In House background.
