It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents' individual abilities.

Your role will include :

• Drive relationship-centered, clinical, and dementia care.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager for continuous assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care.
• Guide and nurture the care team's growth through supervision and performance management.
• Cater to residents' dietary needs, ensuring personalized and suitable meals.
• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and property management.
• Foster relationship-centered care activities within the home.

Requirements :

• DBS
• National insurance number
• Right to work in UK
• Qualified candidates with NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Experienced professionals with at least 2 years in a care role.
