Join a reputable South East England training provider with over 25 years of experience in delivering a wide range of Government Training Programmes, including Apprenticeships, Boot Camps, and AEB short courses across various vocational subjects.
Training Delivery:
Deliver high-quality training and assessment in Business Administration standards to a caseload of 30 learners, ensuring they achieve their apprenticeship qualifications.
Learner Support:
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, including one-on-one sessions, to help them progress through their apprenticeship.
Assessment:
Conduct regular assessments of learner progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
Programme Management:
Develop and deliver individualized learning plans that meet the needs of each learner, ensuring timely completion of the programme.
Compliance:
Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with relevant industry standards and funding body requirements.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring they are engaged and supportive of their apprentices' progress.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Business Administration and vocational training.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in internal and external quality assurance processes to uphold the standards of the training programmes.
End Point Assessment:
Support learners through to the gateway stage and prepare them for the end point assessment, ensuring they are fully equipped to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
