    Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

    Location: Hybrid but need to get to Kings Cross London few times a week

    My client is UK Leisure brand, we're on a mission to revolutionize the world of active play. Our brand promise and unique story drive us to bring unrivaled and memorable Big-Time Fun to communities everywhere. We're seeking dynamic, creative, and dedicated individuals to join our team and help us elevate excitement to new heights

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be the Enthusiastic Brand Ambassador: Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints and infuse the company with creativity and innovation.
    • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign process for all initiatives in the marketing calendar, including Easter, birthday parties, Holiday Club, park refurbishments, and new site launches.
    • Creative Briefing and Oversight: Manage the production of branded marketing creative, including gifs, graphics, images, and videos, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across business units to ensure timely and relevant contributions for high-quality customer interactions and experiences.
    • Effective Marketing Channel Management: Oversee specific marketing channels such as organic social media, influencers, media partners, out-of-home, in-venue promotions, outreach toolkits, and door drops.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and measure brand awareness and the impact of all initiatives and campaigns, enabling thorough reporting and evaluation.
    • Administrative Excellence: Maintain well-organized plans, documents, image and video libraries, budgeting, and other administrative tasks to run a tight ship.

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing and campaign management.
    • Proven ability to lead and project manage campaigns from planning to evaluation.
    • Highly proficient in managing marketing campaign calendars and prioritizing initiatives.
    • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand standards.
    • Track record of optimizing brand performance across various media channels.
    • Ability to build brand advocacy both internally and externally.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
