We are searching for a dynamic Head of Marketing and Audience Growth to join The Podcast Guys – a leader in global podcast production.
Your expertise will spearhead our marketing division, driving innovative campaigns and amplifying the reach of our captivating podcasts for a diverse client roster.
This role is instrumental in shaping and executing the growth strategies that will cement our reputation as the go-to name in branded podcast excellence.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for The Podcast Guys and our clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
~ Lead audience development initiatives to increase listenership and engagement across all platforms.~ Cultivate strong relationships with media, influencers, and other potential partners to boost brand visibility and audience growth.
~ Analyse market trends and listener data to inform marketing decisions, adapting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
~ Work closely with our production teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all content.
~ Manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.
~ Regularly report on campaign performance and audience insights to our client stakeholders.
Proven track record in marketing, particularly within the media, entertainment, or podcasting industry.
~ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
~ Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
~ Proficient in data analysis with an analytical mindset focused on audience growth metrics and KPIs.
~ Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
~ Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Educated to degree level in marketing, business, or a related field.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Our flexible approach allows for a blend of office-based work in our Oxted and London hubs, remote work, and on-site engagements with our clients as required.
