- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to computing systems, networks, hardware, and software applications promptly and accurately.
- Act as an escalation point by investigating complex problems and implementing effective long-term solutions.
- Manage various IT projects to completion, such as migrations, upgrades, integrations, and other strategic initiatives to enhance our technological environment's stability, security, and functionality.
- Provide trusted technical guidance and recommend best practices based on current technologies.
