HR Manager

Glasgow - £45,000 to £50,000

Hybrid working


This stand-alone role will be based in the Employment, Policy and HR Services pillar working work across the full HR lifecycle, and will report to the Head of HR Services.

The team provides both SME advisory and administrative HR services to the business which underpins all overall people strategy and vision


Main duties include:

  • To develop and drive operational excellence via the people agenda
  • Provide employment law support to the HRBP's on complex ER cases
  • Redesign and grow HR Policies
  • Data analysis for all HR reporting requirements
  • Robust ER cases management
  • Supporting the Head of HR Services
  • Responding to HR queries and so much more...
For this role I need someone with previous professional services or similar sector experience who has excellent proven stakeholder management, CIPD L5 and above and strong communications skills with previous HR Manager exposure
