Description
We have an exciting opportunity arise for a talented Banking and Finance Solicitor Due to our clients continued growth.

This is a permanent role for an ambitious 3 PQE+ Solicitor to be based in either Birmingham, Cambridge or Oxford.


If you have experience in real estate finance, leveraged finance, corporate lending and borrowing, Government finance, bonds and capital markets and asset based lending then please apply.


The work you will be doing will consist of advising banks, lenders, fund managers and other corporate and institutional clients on all aspects of finance.

You will be drafting and preparing various documents required within the transaction processes. Youwill be working with international banks operating out of London.


You will also be supporting the corporate team on funding issues in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions work, as well as work for the commercial and real estate departments on funding issues in M&A work, portfolio property re-finances and more.

Thereis a real vast variety of work on offer.

Experience working in a national banking and finance team would be advantageous.
