Our client, who act to resolve financial disputes are looking to on-board two Employee Relations Adviser's on a FTC for 6 months with a possible extension, salary £33k-£36,900, start ASAP, this is a hybrid/remote working role, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours a week.

You will be put through a stringent vetting process prior to starting. The location of the client is Canary Wharf.

Purpose of the role;

As an employee relations adviser, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing ER advice to managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
You will support ER partners and proactively keep our policies, procedures and case management systems up to date.
You will help to give managers the tools they need to manage people matters confidently.
You will use your employee relations and HR expertise to deliver high quality support for all employee relations matters.
Examples include coordinating and managing stage 1 and 2 hearings for absence and capability, disciplinary hearings for allegations of misconduct and advising on key ER policies such as (not limited to) resolution and flexible working.
You will work as part of a team and support with ER projects and widerHR workstreams.
