Description
Our client, who act to resolve financial disputes are looking to on-board two Employee Relations Adviser's on a FTC for 6 months with a possible extension, salary £33k-£36,900, start ASAP, this is a hybrid/remote working role, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours a week.
You will be put through a stringent vetting process prior to starting. The location of the client is Canary Wharf.Purpose of the role;
- As an employee relations adviser, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing ER advice to managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
- You will support ER partners and proactively keep our policies, procedures and case management systems up to date.
- You will help to give managers the tools they need to manage people matters confidently.
- You will use your employee relations and HR expertise to deliver high quality support for all employee relations matters.
- Examples include coordinating and managing stage 1 and 2 hearings for absence and capability, disciplinary hearings for allegations of misconduct and advising on key ER policies such as (not limited to) resolution and flexible working.
- You will work as part of a team and support with ER projects and widerHR workstreams.
