Manager of Data and Examinations Manager at a secondary school, £35-£40k+, Kensington

As the Manager of Data and Examinations, your role involves curating and analysing data from various schools. You'll oversee managing data storage in our MIS and ensuring its effective utilization within our institution. Additionally, you'll conduct research, generate reports, and oversee third-party reporting systems like Power BI, enabling users to conduct their own analyses effectively.

We strongly encourage candidates with prior experience as a School Data and Examinations Manager to apply.

Manager of Data and Examinations Responsibilities:

• To provide all aspects of SIMS support for the administration of all external and internal examinations in the different exam series and to ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations.
• To be the nominated contact with examination boards and deal with all examination correspondence.
• Ensuring that the public examinations are ran smoothly, being the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis during the exam series, dealing with any emergencies efficient and correctly.
• Manage the examinations budget.
• Organise and coordinate the external and internal examinations.

Manager of Data and Examinations Requirements:

• Previous Data and Exams experience.
• Knowledge and experience of SIMS.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Fantastic numeracy and literacy skills.
• DBS clearance
