- Provide top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
- Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
- Commit to continuous learning and development.
- Optimize resource utilisation when delivering services.
- Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.
- Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
- Provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'.

Salary: £36,762 - £39,312 fully expensed company van + £2,000 joining bonus + time saved bonus OTE £44k-48k
Shift Times for Night Shift: 10pm to 7am finish. Monday to Friday 1 in every 2 Saturdays 10pm - 2am
