    People and Talent Assistant

    Locations: Richmond, London

    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

    Job type: Permanent

    Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote); Monday to Friday with flexible hours and an opportunity for an early finish on Fridays

    Key Responsibilities:

    • People Administration: Maintain HR files and databases accurately. Assist with administering employee benefits, leave applications, and HR-related documentation.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process from job postings to facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Organize company recruitment events to attract talent.
    • Payroll Assistance: Provide support in managing payroll processes efficiently.
    • Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns with timely and empathetic communication.
    • Training and Development: Coordinate and oversee training sessions and professional development programs.
    • Performance Management: Assist in managing the performance review process and maintaining records of employee performance.
    • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects focused on employee engagement, culture building, and process enhancements.
    • Data Reporting: Utilize BambooHR to compile HR metrics and assist in report preparation for management.
    • Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the People Team's inbox, assigning and escalating tasks.

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • Demonstrated experience in an HR administrative role.
    • Understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems.
    • High level of discretion and a principled approach to HR.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Team-focused with a proactive and adaptable approach.
