Job Title: Project Manager (Migration Specialist)
Location: Leeds, UK (90% remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum - FTC

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading migration projects, particularly within the Tech or SaaS industry? As a Project Manager specialising in migrations, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end migration projects, from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and deliver value to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead migration projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, taking into account dependencies and constraints.
• Coordinate with technical teams to assess system requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project execution, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on leading migration projects within the Tech or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise tasks and resources.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
