Description
A Global Media Group is looking to hire a Group Tax Senior Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversight of the European VAT submissions
  • Oversight of US sales taxes
  • Oversight of APAC VAT process
  • Assistance on advisory work
  • Review of the group tax disclosures
  • Responsibility for all transfer pricing documentation
  • Oversight and review of corporation tax compliance on the group
  • Acting as the tax specialist on M&A transactions

Experience:


  • ACA/ CTA or equivalent
  • Industry experience preferred
  • EU VAT experience ideal
