£50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus Package

About:

My client Is a specialist in cladding and roofing installation and repairs. They work with clients directly and as a main contractor and indirectly as a subcontractor.They are currently looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to head up the management of a site in the Manchester area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the operational activities, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, within budget and on schedule.

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work is of high quality and meets project specifications.

• Ensure there is a through implementation of Health & safety.

• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders on the project, including the client, design team, and other contractors.

• Attend and contribute to regular site meetings, including weekly progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification or equivalent in Construction.

• 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager for a main contractor. Essential

• Previous experience overseeing external works on high rise buildings such as cladding, façade, curtain wall. essential

• Tier 1 main contractor experience. bonus

• Understanding and in-depth knowledge of PCSAs

• Experienced with utilisation and implementation of EWS1s. essential

• Previous experience working in a live environment/occupied building.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a first-class presentation.

• Valid and in date SMSTS/SSSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid

·experience with a portfolio of external works on a high-rise building,
