Are youalready a Field Service Engineer with circa 2 years of experienceinstalling validating and servicing pharmaceuticaldissolution/tablet testing equipment from providers such as DistekErweka Agilent Omicron Copley Scientific Pharma Test orequivalent

You could also be an experiencedField Service Engineer from the laboratory automation/liquidhandling robotics sector who wants to make the move over to theexciting world of automated Pharmaceutical TabletTesting/Dissolution

If you are not already anEngineer you could be a Chemist Scientist or QC Analyst/Team Leaderwith extensive experience using and troubleshooting the above typesof Dissolution/Tablet Testing equipment in a GMP environment withthe motivation to progress into an exciting Dissolution FieldService Engineer role

Tasks

• Youwill ideally already be an experienced Field Service Engineer withcirca 2 years of experience installing validating and servicingpharmaceutical dissolution/tablet testing equipment frommanufacturers such as Distek Erweka Agilent Copley Scientific orsimilar dissolution/tablet testing equipment manufacturer orthirdparty service company
• Experience servicingLife Science Laboratory Automation/Liquid Handling RoboticAutomation will also be fully considered from companies such asHamilton Zinsser Analytic Formulatrix High Res Bio orsimilar
• You could also be a Chemist Scientistor QC Analyst/Team Leader with extensive experience (3 years) ofusing and troubleshooting the above types of Dissolution/TabletTesting equipment in a GMP environment who is motivated to progressinto a Dissolution Field Service Engineerrole
• Experience working in a GMP environment isa must
• You will be educated in either a lifescience/chemistry or engineering subject
• Musthold a full UK driving license & valid passport with theability to travel both in the UK to the Nordic region eachmonth
• Experience of effective verbalcommunication skills in a customer facing or customer serviceenvironment with excellent telephonemanner

Requirements

• Travelto customer sites both in your UK region and to the Nordics todeliver routine planned maintenance and breakdown support for myclients leading automated dissolution and tablet testingequipment
• Refurbish and validate automateddissolution & tablet testing equipment in line withSOPs
• Identify new customers or new marketsegments that could become long termaccounts
• Build and maintain relationships withexisting and potential customers to allow continuation of businessand win incremental business
• Perform onsiteduties including service validation repair accurately and in atimely fashion
• Complete and submit allpaperwork to the admin team
• Promote thecompanys brand and range of services whereapplicable
• Manage and be accountable for stockallocated to the service call
• Provide remotesupport via phone and email to customers whererequested
• Maintain knowledge of the productsandservices
