    Financial Administrator (Wealth Management)

    London (West End)/Hybrid

    £28K - £34K plus bonus and excellent benefits

    The Opportunity

    Our client is a highly respected, well established wealth management firm with a superb reputation for offering first class financial advice and planning to their extensive client base consisting of high net worth individuals, charities and trusts. They are now looking to add to their support team and are seeking applications from administrators with a minimum of one years IFA/Private client administration experience to ensure their financial advisers are supported to provide first class financial advice and service to their extensive client base. This is a progressive opportunity for a talented individual to develop their career in private client wealth management and be supported to achieve their career goals.

    The Role

    As the financial Administrator, duties will include (but are not limited to):

    Preparing client meeting packs and process action points post meeting

    Producing accurate and timely client portfolio summaries and plan schedules.

    Processing new business in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.

    Liaising with clients and providers, providing regular updates to clients on progress of advice.

    Helping to compile month end figures.

    Maintaining data entry requirements by following company techniques and procedures, maintaining activity/task lists within Intelligent Office.

    Processing fund switches and update valuation details.

    Diary management for advisers, organising client meetings.

    Manage ongoing client review process for each adviser, ensuring client reviews are organised in line with requirements of Client Service and Fee Agreement.

    About you

    Essentially you will have had experience within Financial Services administration, specifically within wealth management/financial advice, however this may have been gained within a placement year or internship whilst studying. In addition you will possess:

    Strong organisational skills

    Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills (presentational, listening; diplomacy,

    influencing)

    Demonstrate clear commitment to an effective and efficient organisation

    Possess a proven record of delivering all work accurately, on time and to agreed SLAs

    A positive and engaged attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills

    The ability to work effectively as a member of a team

    The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
