Interesting new Private Client role for an experienced lawyer of 5 PQE + to join a leading Devon firm. You will be joining one of the largest Private Client's teams in Devon, in a Legal 500 rated firm that is a multi-office practice and is very much in growth mode. You will be dealing with a full range of private client, wills, tax, trusts, LPA, elderly care and complex administrations of estates. Great team, and in a beautiful part of the country.
This is a fantastic opening for a senior lawyer seeking career progression. The option to supervise and mentor junior team members as well as lead a team is available for the right candidate. Equally if you're seeking a role where you can hit the ground running and undertake high quality private client work without aspirations to lead a team then my client would still love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years PQE and demonstrate the ability to independently manage a caseload. Given the nature of the role, you must be able to listen to client needs sensitively and fairly whilst providing clear, supportive, and careful guidance to help deliver the best outcome for them. Exceptional client care and time management/organisational skills are essential for this role.
