Due to continued business growth, we have a new opportunity for an Operations Scheduler to join our team in one of the offices across the UK, to facilitate the effective scheduling of jobs and engineers, to ensure efficient completion of work.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Work with engineers and clients to resolve access issues
- Update Live spreadsheets where contracts permit
- Oversee the purchasing of chemicals and tools
- Entering sickness and holiday tiles onto the planning board
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
Person Specification & Desirable Skills:
- You will be a confident IT user with experience in a fast paced administration role, ideally with experience of scheduling, work planning and route planning.
- Build good relationships with all teams within the organisation
- Recommend improvements to working practices
- Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
- Able to work to deadlines and multitask
- Willingness to help; assist other team members as required

£22,672.00-£25,000.00 per year
