    Microbiology Lab Analyst

    Shifts 6am-6pm and 6pm to 6am rotation

    £ month FTC

    Hertfordshire

    CPL are recruiting for a Microbiology Laboratory Analyst, this is a great opportunity to join an established research and development company on a 12 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will contribute to the microbiological functions, through competently taking and testing samples in accordance with Microbiology's Standard Operating Procedures, clients Policies, and to the principles of GMP. The Shift rotation here means that the ideal candidate would typically need their own transportation to and from site dure to public transport not covering the hours.

    Key duties:

    Experience of working in a laboratory environment (ideally microbiology)

    Understanding of GMP/GLP.

    Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, both within a laboratory and across pharmaceutical processes.

    Knowledge of laboratory SOPs and ability to revise and write new procedures.

    Knowledge of laboratory operations and practical work.

    Knowledge of stock control and budgeting in own area

    Experience using analytical equipment and pipettes

    Experience writing reports
