Job Title:
Air Freight Import Operator

Positions: 2 (One Monday to Friday, one 4on and 4off shift)

Location:
Heathrow, UK

Salary:

Up to £38,000 per year (Monday to Friday position)
Up to £42,000 per year (4on and 4off shift position)

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle all aspects of air freight logistics, ensuring compliance and smooth operations for imports and exports.
Provide exceptional account management services to a diverse client base, delivering superior support and customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective and legal air freight transactions.
Lead initiatives to optimize the efficiency and quality of import and export logistics operations.
Maintain meticulous organization and a strong attention to detail in all air freight management tasks.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in a senior air freight control role or a similar position within the logistics or freight forwarding industry in the UK.

Strong account management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios.
