    Our esteemed client, a leading asset manager headquartered in London, is currently seeking a talented Fixed Income Performance Analyst to join their Performance Measurement and Attribution team.

    As a Fixed Income Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the performance of fixed income investment strategies, providing crucial insights to portfolio managers and clients, and ensuring accuracy and transparency in performance reporting.


    Performance Measurement and Analysis:
    Calculate and analyse the performance of fixed income portfolios using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
    Conduct attribution analysis to identify sources of portfolio performance, including asset allocation, security selection, and other factors.
    Monitor and interpret performance trends, comparing against benchmarks and peers to assess relative performance.

    Data Management and Validation:
    Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of performance calculations and reporting.

    Prepare regular performance reports for portfolio managers, senior management, and clients, highlighting key drivers of performance and addressing any inquiries.

    Collaborate with client service teams to respond to performance-related requests from clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
    Contribute to the development of client presentations and marketing materials related to fixed income performance.

    Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GIPS, UCITS) related to performance measurement is desirable.
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing performance measurement and reporting.
    Assess and mitigate risks associated with performance calculation and reporting processes.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. CFA, FRM) is a plus.

    Proven experience in performance measurement and attribution analysis within the fixed income asset class, preferably in an asset management or investment banking environment.

    Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) and performance measurement platforms (e.g., Performance Analysis, Performance Measurement, Performance Attribution, GIPs, UCITs, Fixed Income, Risk, Asset Management, Investment Management
