    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in heavy civils, specifically within transportation infrastructure. The ideal candidate will take charge of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, LRT, 3rd rail, highways, bridges, and related structures.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and organisational goals.
    • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to facilitate project collaboration and compliance.
    • Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional development.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and identify potential business prospects.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years experience of project management in heavy civil construction.
    • Experience in at least one sector of transportation construction.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with emphasis on schedule, budget, and quality management.
    • Willingness to relocate to Canada for full-time employment and a drive for career development.

    Preferable experience:

    • Familiarity with international construction standards and practices.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with at-risk contracting.
    • Some experience in the field.
