- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, LRT, 3rd rail, highways, bridges, and related structures.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and organisational goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to facilitate project collaboration and compliance.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional development.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and identify potential business prospects.
- Minimum 8 years experience of project management in heavy civil construction.
- Experience in at least one sector of transportation construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with emphasis on schedule, budget, and quality management.
- Willingness to relocate to Canada for full-time employment and a drive for career development.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
