    As a Project Coordinator, you will be the beating heart of their dynamic team, providing indispensable support to our Consultants and researchers in search management and execution. You will orchestrate the administrative intricacies of their search projects, ensuring success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Harness the power of the database and research team maps to pull together the initial longlist for each search, unveiling hidden gems and untapped potential
    • Uphold candidate information, ensuring we possess the most up-to-date CVs and relevant details, from compensation to visa status
    • Assist in the creation of word profiles for our shortlisted candidates, crafting narratives that capture their essence and potential
    • Act as the main liaison between candidates and clients concerning scheduling and process logistics
    • Arranging and confirming interviews, and ensuring the searches keep moving forward
    • Updating the search team and internal database accordingly as to who clients want to take forward, whether candidates are dropping out and where they are with any time pressures
    • Updating and maintaining the scheduling spreadsheets
    • Logging feedback on the internal database
    • Supporting the search team on any event or marketing-related initiatives

    Minimum Performance Requirements:

    • Embark on the Project Coordination activities with a spirit of independence and initiative
    • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
    • Must be able to multi-task; juggling a large volume of candidates and switching easily between searches and clients
    • Must have a high level of attention to detail ensuring all work produced is client-ready (i.e. updated, accurate and always ready to send out if required)
