Note:
This position is for our Manchester office.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Listen to customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate department.

Salary:
£21,106.00-£23,551.00 per year
