This position is for our Manchester office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Listen to customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate department.
Salary:
£21,106.00-£23,551.00 per year
