This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at lab. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources support. This role will be located in Greater London.

• Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge and expertise in human resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• A degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
• HR certification is a plus
