Background:


The School of Health & Psychological Sciences is dedicated to the education and development of health and community-based professionals and carrying out world-leading healthcare research that impacts policy, service delivery and practice.

The School offers students excellent academic provision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels with state-of-the-art in-house clinical skills facilities.


The Deanery Office is the central administrative office for the School and acts as the point of contact for central University authorities, other schools of the University, students, regulators, NHS Trusts, and external public and private commercial organisations.


Responsibilities:


The post holder will pro-actively support relevant Associate Dean/s with effective prioritisation of a varied workload, taking the lead on delegated tasks and acting as a key contact for queries relating to the Associate Dean/s portfolio.


The post holder will also have responsibility for committee support and organising and managing events as required, and will work together with the other members of the Deanery Team to ensure effective and efficient support for the Executive Team as a whole.

Interviews are scheduled for 6th December 2023.
Subject to agreement, relevant Professional Services roles may be undertaken in a hybrid way. This involves a combination of working on campus and at home each week.
