Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an Export Clerk to join a well established freight forwarder.

Role will involve all aspects of processing time sensitive shipments from start to finish including:

Issuing of MAWB's in accordance with the planned flight schedule.
Completion of NES Customs entries for non EU consignments.
Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
Labelling & secondary checking of consignments prior to airline tender.
Sending of prealerts to overseas agents.
Monitoring of live consignments & completing the data entry of key milestone information on our inhouse systems
Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.

Desired Requirements:

Specialist (Life Sciences / AOG) Courier Operations Experience.
Experience of handling Time Critical Export consignments.
Understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
