Investment Administrator - Glasgow - Salary Negotiable to £29,000 plus company benefits


MBF are currently working with a National Wealth & Investment Management organisation who are looking to recruit a Suitability Administrator to support their Investment Management team.


Job purpose:
To provide a first-class Suitability advice and processing service for Investment Teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyse client background information and questionnaires, highlighting any issues or concerns within the completed documentation
  • Report to Investment Managers and their Teams to highlight any issues
  • Produce reports for clients on behalf of Investment Manager
  • Chase outstanding client queries
  • Data input

Requirements:


  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software
