    Due to the continued growth in the ARINC Mail Business we are looking to expand the Desk Based Account Management team located in our EMEA HQ offices in Crawley, close to Gatwick Airport. We are therefore currently seeking a Call Centre Professional (Desk Based Account Manager) to join our Connected Aviation Solutions team.

    Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling prospective new clients (airlines, airports and ground handlers) and proactively selling across the region specified
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Keep Salesforce up-to-date
  • Account handling; responding to enquiries
  • Requesting and progressing customer orders
  • Price negotiation
  • Supporting the sales team and business unit to ensure that customers receive an outstanding service
  • Any other associated admin or tasks as required
  • Basic requirements:

  • Related experience within a tele-sales or call centre environment
  • Must be a self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to proactively manage customer queries through to resolution
  • Ability to meet quarterly sales targets and manage a pipeline
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel and other MS Office software applications
  • Preferred Requirements:

  • Possess basic analytical skills
  • Typically produces, analyzes and refines departmental performance reports
