The Role


As Account Director, you will take full ownership of client accounts, supporting business partnerships and up selling new service lines that follow your client's short-term and long-term objectives.


You will be responsible for:

  • Representing the voice of the client within the business
  • Lead and manage account team ensuring excellence in delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction and account health with regular checks against all aspects of the account
  • Drive and respond to new briefs
  • Demonstrate financial acumen, leading your team in training and usage of the company's financial systems
  • Manage overall client revenue, profitability, and performance against forecast
  • Motivate, inspire, and lead your team by tracking and evaluating career progression of each team member
  • Maximise and seek approval for successful campaigns and pitch wins with clients
  • Create new and optimise existing processes to enhance service delivery

You will have:

  • 5+ years agency experience working with leading consumer brands
  • An ability to think strategically about marketing challenges
  • A mixture of both commercial and operational experience
  • Experience managing senior clients providing account handling and relationship building
  • Experience managing budgets, profitability, and delivery
  • Excellent written and presentation ability
