BDM / New Business Development Manager – Crossgates – Perm - £30-£35k basic + Comms

Are you a result driven BDM / New Business Development Manager with a "hunter" mentality and an understanding of the Construction market, looking to progress your career? If so, this could be just what you're looking for.

Part of The Alliance Group of Companies which has been established over 20 years, Approved Workforce is our specialist recruitment agency that serves the Construction, Mechanical & Electrical sectors – and it is on a growth spurt We have a solid and loyal customer base in terms of both clients and candidates and right now we need additional support in driving new business and really growing our brand with new companies that we haven't worked with before.

Joining to drive new business development, your role will be fast paced and fun.

You will be responsible for researching the market (UK wide), finding decision makers and using your excellent communication skills, will be forming partnerships in relation to recruitment.

You'll need strong organisational skills, an outgoing and confident manner and strong negotiation skills.
