The client is purpose driven company focused on building the world's biggest platform and community for leadership, creativity and innovation.

The first a revolutionary knowledge app and platform, which enables you to knowledge share and learn from the experts that matter directly to you.

As well as yearly Festival which is now into its 7th year.


This year the Festival event, will be the biggest event yet, taking place across the O2 and Canary Wharf estates.


They expect 120,000 attendees, 20 stages, 2000 speakers, 1000 expo stands; Covering 20 topics from AI/DeepTech, Global Leadership, Future of Energy, Startup Innovation/IPO to Health and the Global Economy.

The festival product is now looking to recruit a
Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media with a clear

This is a full time permanent opportunity paying up to £60k basic salary

Additional benefits include Bonus, Pension plus hybrid working 2-3 days in office (office location Bond Street),


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Festival Product marketing plans, budgets and timelines in the context of wider marketing activities.
  • Support in briefing and managing media, creative agencies and designers on compelling marketing plans and materials
  • Work with Partnership and Editorial Teams on the design and delivery of digital and online marketing and stakeholder communications across a range of campaigns
  • Responsible for all copy and comms across our platform channels, including updates across our digital web channels.

The Person:


  • 35 years experience B2B marketing experience, preferably for an events organisation,
  • Experience developing and implementing digital SEO/PPC and Customer Acquisition campaigns
  • Familiarity working with CRM and automated marketing systems (Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Management of external agencies
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a budget, responding and adapting to fluctuations in income
  • Knowledge and experience of customer and audience surveys and analysis
