Location:
Glasgow - 12 months Contract (Hybrid role)

Do you prefer work environment with agile and collaborative spaces? Our client's new office in the city centre of Glasgow has such services as: a Health Centre (Medical Centre and Gym), Restaurants and more.
About the role
As a HRIS technical support associate you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a wide range of HR processes and systems and you will be supporting all elements of the HR function, proactively working to streamline and enhance the day-to-day operations of the HR division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triaging system related issues and queries through mailbox and service desk system management, escalating internally to system SMEs where appropriate.
- Supporting the delivery of the HR Helpdesk service, assisting with other key tasks as identified by the line manager.

- Demonstrating potential to develop a technical knowledge of system behaviour, to assist with troubleshooting and provide support to SMEs where applicable.
- Accurately updating and maintaining administration guides, flowcharts, checklists and FAQs, as well as recommending changes or updates to improve service and to minimize risk.
- Responding to requests for system access and seeking appropriate authorisation: following established, sometimes complex, processes.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous exposure in a Helpdesk/Technical Support environment is essential
- Experience of working within a clientdriven environment is desirable
- Previous exposure to HR systems is essential
- Experience of working within a Financial Services environment would be beneficial.
- Experience of working in a fastpaced commercial environment with multiple stakeholders
- A strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£20.00-£27.52 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Hybrid remote in Glasgow
