PCD / Cylindrical TechnicianPosition Overview

  • Using CNC and manual machinery to produce PCD or carbide tooling.
  • CNC grinding machines including cylindrical Studer, Walter and Jones & Shipman.
  • CNC Wire erosion machines
  • Working from engineering drawings and client specifications.

PCD / Cylindrical TechnicianPosition Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of experience in this or a similar role.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools PCD or carbide tooling is essential.

PCD / Cylindrical TechnicianPosition Remuneration

  • Monday to Friday dayshift. (Could potentially lead to rotating / shift with a 10% shift allowance)
- £28,000 - £30,500 per annum DOE

  • Overtime on available when requested.

  • 24 days annual leave plus eight stats.
