    Description

    Ensure accurate and timely processing of company payroll
    Administer Statutory Sick Pay. (SSP) Stautory Maternity Pay (SMP) Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP)
    Prepare and process year end filing and P60 documentation
    Prepare and Process P11D and ensure all employees and HMRC are in receipt of correct documents and payments.
    Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
    Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
    Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
    To produce monthly management reports and account journals
    Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
    To undertake compliance and auditing reporting.
    Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    Stay updated on the payroll regulations and ensure company compliance
    Prepare reports for the accounting department as requiredProfile

    A successful Payroll Officer should have:

    A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures
    Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
    Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and resolve queries
    The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
    Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., Excel, payroll software)
    A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferredJob Offer
