    Description

    You will have a strong understanding of and experience in procurement, and you will be responsible for ensuring the supply of materials and distribution of products to satisfy the demands of customers.

    Supporting and working with the Supply Chain Manager, you will facilitate the supply of production/distribution chain using MRPAid the development procurement plans with suppliersEnsure the daily follow up of orders and take charge of supplier remindersEntering orders onto ERP system and issue Purchase OrdersAdherence to purchasing process and only purchasing from suppliers on the Approved ListCompliance with negotiated conditionsReviewing and updating Quality Management SystemReporting to the Supply Chain Manager on any encountered issuesCompleting safety stocks, ensuring efficiency, and optimise stock levelsMonitor activity on dashboards, including procurement performance and operational implementationEssential Requirements:
