Job Overview
As a handy person, you will play a crucial role in maintaining their facilities and ensuring they operate smoothly. Your tasks will include general repairs, minor fixes, and upkeep duties. You will ensure our guests Health, Safety & Well-being are kept in the highest regard at all times and Creating Unforgettable Experiences One Guest at a Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

General DIY Duties: You'll be responsible for various tasks around the building, including:
Painting: Refreshing walls and surfaces.
Filling and

Sanding Holes:
Ensuring a smooth finish.

Tightening Screws and Taps: Fixing loose fixtures.
General Repairs: Addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
Lifting and Moving: Assisting with site logistics.
Working at height on occasion when working with any lighting
Servicing our Go Karts + Bumper cars
Completing maintenance logs with accurate details of work conducted
Respond quickly to any maintenance issues raised

Requirements:

Previous Handy Person experience
Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.

Working Conditions

This position can be open regarding availability/hours we envision that the role will require a minimum of 20 hours per week up to a maximum 40 hours per week.
Our parks are large in scale and as such a degree of good fitness is essential as you will work your way around the park dealing with many matters on a day to day basis and be required to stand for extended periods of time.

Rates of Pay & Benefits
£12.00 per hour
