    Description

    Drive the successful adoption of modern processes in a leading Charity's operations. We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of activities required to transition from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.

    This role oversees all cutover workstreams; technical, data, business readiness, environment, testing, exit criteria and hypercare planning. Key responsibilities include developing the detailed cutover plan aligned with the overall deployment timeline

    • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure Digital Services BAU function is engaged at key checkpoints
    • Lead governance meetings including readiness checkpoints and daily stand-ups

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of managing cutover for major ERP transformation projects (preferably Oracle)
    • Strong understanding of ERP platforms plus infrastructure and data migration
