Description

Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation.


As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high-integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets.

The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.


As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Strategic Planning Partner to join the team to lead the development of the long-term planning model, provide business performance analysis and presentations for inside and outside stakeholders.


  • Key responsibilities will include:_
  • Ownership of the longterm planning model, ensuring model integrity, quality of assumptions and outputs
  • Investment business case analysis including NPV valuation and IRR measures
  • Scenario analysis
  • Preparation of reports/analysis to be included in the data room for investment rounds
  • Preparation of investor/Board financial analysis presentations
  • Create a centre of excellence within Finance on financial analysis and presentation of data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of financial analysis capability across the Finance Team
  • Supporting the Finance Team in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Benchmarking performance to competitors and industry standards
  • Analysing market sector developments eg. aerospace EVTOL, UAVs, and electrification in General Aviation
  • Providing analysis as requested by investors and management
  • Skills and experience required:_
  • ACA, ACCA, MBA or CFA qualified
  • Previous proven experience within a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of modelling longterm financial plans, including scenarios, sensitivities and valuations
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills coupled with a sound analytical approach
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and other planning/analysis/presentation tools
  • A 'selfstarter' attitude with energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a small business environment
  • Comfortable working in a team, equally adept at working with finance and other colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills A flexible approach to work
