To deliver our promises to our customers we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appointto the following key position:

**Senior Caretaker
- salary: circa £21,875 per annum

Permanent**This is an opportunity to join our Neighbourhood Care Team providing Caretaking and Cleaning Services across our properties in Oldham.

You will be providing excellent caretaking and grounds maintenance services to help us create safe, clean and attractivecommunities which our customers would be proud to call their home.

Experience of a similar role is desirable but not essential.

It is essential you hold a full, UK driving licence and be ready to work outdoors and within all of our Neighbourhoods.
