A superb opportunity has arisen due to growth for an experienced International Senior Sales Executive to join an established team at a renowned luxury interior lighting and furniture business.


Do you know and understand the international market for bespoke luxury interior design? As Senior International Sales Executive you will sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.

You will maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.


As an experienced Senior Sales Executive you will have at least 2 years' experience selling interior lighting and furniture to interior designers, architects, and hotel specifiers on an international basis.


You will:

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options.
  • Sell product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Build the business by bringing in new sales accounts and clients, as well as serve as a liaison between the agent/customer to the company.

Sales

  • Drive sales and profits.
  • Meet and exceed sales budget, KPI targets and LFL growth targets.
  • Develop new accounts and maintain sales activity with existing accounts.
  • Raising Quotes and Orders for customers and managing these through production/despatch.
  • Processing cash and credit transactions accurately, dealing with customer refunds.
  • To source and develop new business.

Skills / Experience

  • High end customer service and field or Showroom experience within interiors industry
  • Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
  • Proven sales and customer satisfaction record
  • Familiarity with local market desirable
  • Experience/ Knowledge of design industry desirable
  • Second Language preferrable but not essential
  • Full driving License
