Castlefield Recruitment are working with a leading
NHS Organisation in the
South-West to recruit a
Human Resources People Advisor (People & OD). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a comprehensive HR service and contribute professional advice to all staff groups within the organisation anddepartment.

This post is to start immediately on a
3-month interim contract

£18 - £24 p.h. (Umbrella rate)

Key experience and responsibilities;

Manage disciplinary, grievance and performance cases; advising and supporting managers
Advising on adherence to policy, procedure, and best practice
Develop and renew existing Human Resources policies; managing and updating as required with adherance to legislation.
Deliver appropriate Human Resources training; including the provision of courses which are informative and uptodate using appropriate media for delivery
Previous experience working in operational HR, including extensive knowledge of Employee Relations
Evidenced experience of interpreting and advising on terms and conditions, policies, and procedures
CIPD Qualified, or nearqualified and a member of CIPD
