As our Head Chef, you enjoy variety and are at your best when being part of a team as well as being passionate about delivering first-rate guest service through your high-quality food.

To succeed as our Head Chef, you will need:
To have led a kitchen for 3 or more years and have previous experience working in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant

Experienced in local cuisine, with practical experience of at least one other cuisine and experience catering meetings, social events, and restaurants.

Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen.
To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.

£45,000- £50,000 annual salary plus great IHG perks
31 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (Pro Rated)
