Ruskin Mill Café is a busy and thriving social enterprise which serves the local
community and supports the learning and development of our students

We are searching for someone who is passionate about good food and where the food has come from

Learn about how we grow and produce food from our land by attending our Food and Nutrition Course, and our Step by Step course
Support our students to achieve their own vocational qualifications in a working environment
Produce fresh organic meals whilst role modelling and supporting our students to do the same, serving healthy, nutritional meals to customers, students and staff
Contribute to the catering duties of the café using organic and biodynamic products, and working alongside café staff colleagues

The post holder will be expected to provide vocational learning and qualifications for our students in a busy café environment that serves the community seven days a week, working five out of seven days, including some weekends.

The post holder will benefit from participating in regular training, in line with the Trust's commitment to colleagues' continuing professional development.

FTE Salary £23, £33,103.26 per annum
