    The role

    As a Highways Schemes Supervisor, you will work under the leadership of the Senior Delivery Manager, responsible for delivering a portfolio of schemes within Area 3 on the Maintenance and Response Contract with National Highways.

    The ideal candidate will

    • Ensure compliance with CDM duties and coordinate with the Principal Designer
    • Support effective planning through ECI processes
    • Create and manage delivery programs, review documentation, and ensure quality of works
    • Liaise with various teams for successful scheme progress
    • Facilitate project closeout and support SHE team with investigations
    • Inform the Communications Team about planned works and engage with communities
    • Promote health and safety, customer satisfaction, and positive team values

    • Commercial and contractual awareness, particularly with NEC contracts
    • Industry qualification or equivalent experience
    • Proficient in MS Office applications and programs
