    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our team.

    The successful candidate will work alongside the Transformation Director to create and implement a change management framework across the company.

    The Senior Change Manager will act as an expert in change management practices providing coaching to senior project sponsors, project team members and stakeholders.

    The primary responsibilities of the Senior Change Manager are to assess, create and implement change management strategies and plans to effectively deliver and maximise the required Return On Investment and desired outcomes by embedding and sustaining new ways of working.

    The role is required to work on strategic initiatives and business transformation projects across the Research organisation that impact people, processes and technology.

    Strong influencing skills and understanding of behavioural change are essential to identify and remove blockers and barriers to change, drive business engagement and manage readiness in the adoption of projects.

    Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: Communications plan, readiness assessment, coaching plan/ training plan, risk assessment, resistance management plan.


    Integrate change management activities into project plan
    Ensure that relevant standards are adhered to and produce the required project documentation.
    Developing business readiness plans and undertake business readiness assessments
    Undertaking analysis of training requirements, then developing and implementing a training programme
    Identify and mitigate any risks and/or associated issues with the change management
    Supporting the development of all employees and managers in understanding change management methodologies in order to support change initiatives
    Be an active participant in Project and Change management best practice discussions across the business.
