Description

I'm working with a Successful Real Estate Business on an Interim Senior Finance Analyst role. The role is offered on a 3 month contract possibly longer and accommodates Hybrid Working.

Key Accountabilities:

Production of the monthly EMEA client spend management pack for review with the International Finance Manager and corporate month end close for countries in scope
Support the International Finance Manager in managing aged debt
Production of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for serviced Countries, scope related accounts only
Provide adhoc support and financial analysis to the International Finance Manager, as required

Requirements:

Qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA or working towards an Accounting Qualification. Strong technical, financial control and accounting skills
General knowledge of Financial systems used are (iScala / Dynamics / Oracle / Peoplesoft preferred) and SOX requirements
Vast Month end experience essential and this needs to be demonstrated on your CV
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
Multitask on projects to meet deadlines, attention to detail
