    They are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive who brings passion to the role as the company enters an exciting phase of growth.

    As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving Sales across your given area - ensuring the business reaches its sales targets.

    You will work closely with all areas of the business including Planning & Production whilst you build new and manage existing relationships with Customers.

    You will ensure that all enquires / orders are fulfilled through to completion.


    Responsibilities / Requirements:
    Create brand awareness in the area
    "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods and close the sale
    Research the market to open sales opportunities
    Forecast sales
    Work towards the delivery of KPI's
    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
    Meet personal sales target
    Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
    Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
    Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
    Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
    Deliver presentations to potential and current customers
    Identify Key Accounts within the business - including reviewing opportunities for growth using the reseller strategy
    Maintain knowledge of the competition
    Stay ahead of affairs within the Highways industry
    Complete and process Quotes
    Update the CRM system for your area of the business
    Help deliver tenders when needed
    Deliver the vision and mission
    Ensure you and the business are hitting volume and margin targets
